Abstract

PRODUTO COM MICRORGANISMOS VIVOS ESTáVEL EM PRATELEIRA. A presente invenção refere-se a produtos líquidos estáveis em prateleira, por exemplo, produtos lácteos, que compreendem microrganismos, especialmente probióticos. Os microrganismos são capazes de sobre viverem por vários meses á temperatura ambiente basicamente devido a sua incapacidade de metabolizar nutrientes contidos no produto liquido.A invenção refere-se também a um método para fabricação do produto líquido de acordo com a invenção.
