Abstract

FERRAMENTA, SISTEMA DE FIXADOR, PLACA PARA OSSO E FERRAMENTA, E, MéTODO DE REMOVER UM FIXADOR DE UM OSSO E/OU PLACA. A presente invenção provê uma ferramenta simplificada para remoção de fixador de ossos, a qual possibilita que o cirurgião remova parafusos dos ossos ou outros fixadores ósseos, dos ossos, e das placas para ossos que incorporem elementos de trava dos fixadores. A feramenta inclui um eixo interno que encaixa axialmene o fixador de ossos, um eixo acionador que permite que fixador seja girado com o uso da ferramenta, e uma luva externa internamente roscada, a qual , em combinação com o eixo acionador, considera uma remoção controlada do fixador da placa para osso e do osso. Em particular, as roscas internas da luva externa se ajusta às roscas externas sobre o eixo acionador, de tal modo que girando-se o eixo acionador enquanto se mantém a luva externa fixa faz com que o eixo acionador se movimente em relação à luva. Assim, quando um fixador seja axialmente encaixado com o eixo acionador, uma remoção controlada do fixador do osso e da placa para osso é realizada simplesmente pela rotação do eixo acionador em relação à luva externa. Nenhum puxamento sobre o fixador é necessário. Um método de uso da ferramenta também é fornecido.
