本发明提供一种骨科多用改锥,包括:锥体、锥杆以及锥把,所述锥体前端有套筒与锥头,所述锥头与所述套筒之间是空心结构,所述锥头横截面为正多边形,所述套筒内部横截面与所述锥头横截面同心且边数相等的正多边形,所述锥杆与所述锥体螺纹连接,所述锥杆上设置螺纹孔,锁紧螺钉穿过所述螺纹孔固定所述锥杆与所述锥体的相对位置。这使得有效防止手术过程中改锥滑脱现象,并且操作便利、省时。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,更具体而言,特别涉及一种骨科多用改锥。
背景技术
临床上骨科使用的改锥常因螺钉和改锥没有相对固定而在手术过程中出现改锥滑脱的现象,造成螺丝取出困难的问题,给患者造成极大痛苦。而且现有骨科改锥的长度固定不变,给实际需求带来不变。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决背景技术中存在的问题之一。
本发明提供一种骨科多用改锥,包括:锥体、锥杆以及锥把,所述锥体前端有套筒与锥头,所述锥头与所述套筒之间是空心结构,所述锥头横截面为正多边形,所述套筒内部横截面与所述锥头横截面同心且边数相等的正多边形,所述锥杆与所述锥体螺纹连接,所述锥杆上设置螺纹孔,锁紧螺钉穿过所述螺纹孔固定所述锥杆与所述锥体的相对位置。
进一步的,所述正多边形是正六边形或正五边形。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的套筒与锥头之间是空心结构,并且锥头与套筒内部横截面是对应的同心正多边形,使得在使用过程中有效防治改锥滑脱现象;而且锥杆与椎体借助螺纹连接使锥杆长度可调,因此操作便利、省时。

具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。
本发明提供的骨科多用改锥,包括:锥把6、锥杆5以及锥体3。锥体3前端有套筒2与锥头1,锥头1与套筒2之间是空心结构,锥头1的横截面为正六边形,套筒2的内部横截面为与锥头1的横截面的正六边形同心的正六边形,并且套筒2的内部横截面的正六边形与锥头1的横截面的正六边形的边对应。锥杆5与锥体3螺纹连接,锥杆5上设置螺纹孔,穿过螺纹孔的锁紧螺钉4固定锥杆5与锥体3的相对位置。
需要说明的是,锥头1的横截面还可以是正五边形。
套筒2与锥头1之间是空心结构,并且锥头1与套筒2内部横截面是相互对应的同心正多边形,使用过程中螺丝被扣在锥头1与套筒2之间从而防治根据本发明的骨科多用改锥滑脱。此外,锥杆5与椎体3借助螺纹连接使锥杆3长度可调,并且调节好长度的锥杆3可通过拧紧穿过锥杆5上的螺纹孔的锁紧螺钉4使锥杆5与椎体3的位置相对固定。

1.一种骨科多用改锥,其特征在于,包括:锥体、锥杆以及锥把,所述锥体前端有套筒与锥头,所述锥头与所述套筒之间是空心结构,所述锥头横截面为正多边形,所述套筒内部横截面与所述锥头横截面同心并且边数相等的正多边形,所述锥杆与所述锥体螺纹连接,所述锥杆上设置螺纹孔,锁紧螺钉穿过所述螺纹孔固定所述锥杆与所述锥体的相对位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科多用改锥,其特征在于,所述正多边形是正六边形或正五边形。
