Abstract
MISTURA DE MILHO NãO-MACERADA E ARTIGO COMERCIAL Uma mistura de milho não-macerada que pode ser usada como um substituto para pasta (masa) de milho em aplicações alimentícias. A mistura de milho não macerada compreende: (1) material de milho não-macerado e não-gelatinizado, (2) material de milho não-macerado e pré-gelatinizado, e (3) agente de aumento do pH. Amistura de milho não-macerada pode ser usada para produzir uma massa e produtos alimentícios semelhantes a pasta (masa). Em outro aspecto, a presente invenção apresenta um artigo comercial que compreende direções para produzir uma massa ou produtos alimentícios semelhantes a pasta (masa).
