Abstract

TUBO DE PRESSãO DE POLìMERO DE ETILENO RETICULADO COM PERóXIDO E UM MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo de pressão de polímero de etileno reticulado com peróxido e um método para a sua preparação do mesmo. O tubo é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende um polímero de etileno com uma densidade de menos do que 950 Kg/m¬ 3¬, obtido por polimerização com um catalisador de sítio único, e tendo um índice de fluidez de cisalhamento, SHI~ 5~/~ 300~, de menos do que 20, e uma MWD de < 10. O método é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende a polimerização de etileno, opcionalmente, em conjunto com pelo menos um comonómero, com um catalisador de sítio único, para fornecer o polímero e etileno acima definido, a conformação do polímero de etileno para formar um tubo por extrusão e reticulá-lo.
