Abstract

MéTODO DE RESTAURAçãO DA ATIVIDADE CATALìTICA DE CATALISADOR DE HIDROPROCESSAMENTO ESGOTADO, UM CATALISADOR DE HIDROPROCESSAMENTO ESGOTADO POSSUINDO ATIVIDADE CATALìTICA RESTAURADA E UM PROCESSO DE HIDROPROCESSAMENTO é revelado um método de restaura a atividade catalítica a um catalisador de hidroprocessamento que se torna esgotado devido ao seu uso ou à deposição de carbono por sobre ele. O método inclui uma etapa de redução de carbono por meio do que o carbono é removido do catalisador de hidroprocessamento esgotado em um modo controlado para dentro de uma faixa de variação especificamente definida. Em seguida da etapa de remoção de carbono, o catalisador resultante, possuindo uma concentração reduzida em carbono, é submetido a um tratamento de formação de quelante por meio do que o catalisador reduzido em carbono resultante é contatado com um agente quelante e envelhecido por um período de tempo necessário para realizar o benefício proveniente da etapa controlada de redução de carbono. Em uma modalidade preferida, o catalisador resultante do tratamento de formação de quelante é submetido a uma tratamento de sulfuração envolvendo a incorporação nele de enxofre elementar e o contato dele com uma olefina.
