Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE MATERIAL SINTéTICO". Um dispositivo para a preparação de material sintético, especialmente termoplástico tem um recipiente de recepção (1) para o material, em cujo espaço interior estão previstas ferramentas (21) dispostas num disco portador (9). As ferramentas são acionadas através de um veio (4) para rotação em torno do eixo (8), especialmente vertical, do veio (4). Está previsto pelo menos um parafuso sem-fim (17) para o transporte do material para fora do recipiente de recepção (1). A caixa do parafuso sem-fim (16) apresenta uma abertura de carga (27), que está em ligação de fluxo com uma abertura de descarga (15) do recipiente (1), a qual se encontra mais abaixo que o disco portador (9) e que as ferramentas (21) por ele suportadas. No recipiente de recepção (1) estão previstas, por debaixo do disco portador (9), outras ferramentas (12) móveis, que transportam o material para a abertura de descarga (15). O disco portador (9) apresenta pelo menos uma abertura (36), que liga o espaço (26) acima do disco portador com o espaço (10) abaixo dele, a fim de fazer sair do espaço (10) o vapor de água e/ou substâncias gaseiformes. As aberturas (36) estão dispostas próximo do eixo (8) e próximo dos bordos (37) das ferramentas (21) que circulam por inércia na rotação do disco portador (9) (Fig. 1).
