Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DISPOSITIVO DE DISPLAY COM DESSECANTE INTEGRADO". São descritos uma estrutura de embalagem 210 e um método para embalar um modulador interferométrico com um dessecante integrado. Um modulador interferométrico 400 é formado sobre um substrato transparente 250. Um chassi 310 é unido ao substrato transparente para formar uma estrutura de embalagem 210 e para encapsular - o modulador interferométrico. Um dessecante 500 integrado ao chassi ou ao substrato transparente é provido para absorver umidade no interior da embalagem.
