Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A HIDROGENAçãO DO ANEL DE METILENODIANILINA BRUTA ONDE A REFERIDA METILENODIANILINA é CONTATADA COM HIDROGêNIO EM PRESENçA DE UM CATALISADOR". A invenção está direcionada a um aperfeiçoamento em um processo catalítico para a hidrogenação de anel de um suprimento de metilenodianilina. Um componente do aperfeiçoamento é um processo de pré-tratamento que reside em passar o suprimento de metilenodianilina bruta sobre um catalisador rutênio sustentado sobre um suporte de leito fixo, resfriar sem ventilar, e em seguida hidrogenar o pré-tratado suprimento de metilenodianilina bruta sobre um catalisador ródio ou um catalisador misto ródio/rutênio sustentado sobre um suporte monólito e realizar a hidrogenação do anel em uma reação em batelada. Um outro componente no aperfeiçoamento é a utilização de um catalisador composto de ródio e rutênio sustentados sobre um suporte monólito.
