Abstract

"MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE ARTIGO ALIMENTìCIO PARA CONSUMO IMEDIATO, EMBALADO EM EMBALAGEM FLEXìVEL TIPO BOLSA PLáSTICA MANTIDA ESTáVEL A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE". Trata de um método de obtenção de artigo alimentício para consumo imediato, preferencialmente 'molho do tipo bolonhesa' embalado em embalagem flexível tipo bolsa, mais conhecida por 'pouch', passível de ser mantida estável a temperatura ambiente, não necessitando, desta forma, de refrigeração para sua conservação, transporte, armazenagem e ou exposição de venda; mais particularmente trata-se de um método de conservação do produto alimentício 'Molho Bolonhesa' que mantém naturalmente todas as suas características e qualidade sem a necessidade de uma cadeia de frio (resfriamento e ou congelamento) para tal; referido método de fabricação poderá ser aplicado em diversos tipos diferentes de molhos que hoje comumente são encontrados a venda sob refrigeração.
