Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE BóIA DE VáLVULA DE EXAUSTãO DE VAPOR DE COMBUSTìVEL, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA E VáLVULA DE EXAUSTãO OPERADA POR BóIA". Um conjunto de bóia para uma válvula de exaustão de vapor de combustível multifunção com uma bóia tendo um recesso formado na superfície superior da bóia com uma fenda formada no lado da bóia e comunicando-se com o recesso. Uma porção de superfície elevada é formada no fundo do recesso e projeções se estendendo para baixo são formadas na fenda no recesso. Um disco de válvula como folhado flexível é inserido na fenda e deformado ou enrolado para passar sob as projeções e sobre a superfície elevada e para dentro do recesso. Quando totalmente recebido no recesso o disco retorna a sua configuração chata; e, as projeções para baixo impedem a remoção sem distorção. Projeções radialmente para dentro sobre o recesso retêm o disco para jogo morto limitado na direção de movimento da bóia.
