Abstract

"RUPTURA DE CéLULAS E TECIDOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para romper células e/ou tecidos que emprega um irruptivo com um elemento de ruptura com uma dimensão externa ligeiramente menor do que a dimensão interna de um recipiente em que é colocada uma amostra para ruptura. Dispositivos para ruptura de células e/ou tecidos também são apresentados. O dispositivo e os métodos são usados em processos, tais como para extração de ácidos nucléicos.
