Abstract
ENSAIO GENÈMICO. Trata-se de um método para detectar uma seqüência de ácido nuclélco em uma amostra genómica que inclui: proporcionar a amostra genómica que contém uma seqúência de ácido nucléico alvo de um ácido nucléico dúplex; proporcionar uma sonda que contém uma seqúência de ácido nucléico de sonda; proporcionar uma mistura de hibridização; irradiar a mistura incubada com radiação eficaz para estimular pelo menos alguns dos marcadores a emitir energia; e detectar a partir de um sinal fluorescente se a sonda se emparelha perfeitamente na seqúência de ácido nucléico alvo, onde a detecção é realizada dentro de sessenta minutos da mistura de hibridização proporcionada, e o método é realizado sem desnaturação e sem amplificação por PCR do ácido nucléico dúplex.
