"PROCESSO, APARELHO E PLANTA PARA O REVESTIMENTO ELETROGALVáNICO DE ARTIGOS METáLICO" Em um processo para o revestimento eletrogalvânico de artigos metálicos, através de uma sequência de fases de tratamento químico ou eletroquímico, cada um de ditas fases de tratamento inclui as seguintes etapas: (a) introdução do tambor contendo os artigos dentro de uma centrífuga; b) suprimento de um primeiro líquido de tratamento químico na centrífuga; c) realização do tratamento; d) drenagem de dito primeiro líquido de tratamento químico da centrífuga; e) realização de uma centrifugação dos artigos, para recuperar dito líquido; f) suprimento da água de lavagem à centrífuga; g) realização da lavagem; h) drenagem da água de lavagem da centrífuga; i) realização de uma centrifugação dos artigos, para recuperar dita água; j) transferência do tambor para outra estação, ou repetição das etapas precedentes com outro líquido de tratamento químico. Realização da lavagem subsequente a uma fase de tratamento químico, na mesma estação onde o tratamento foi realizado, permite reduzir significativamente o número de estações, além disso, a subsequente centrifugação em cada tratamento ou lavagem permite recuperar os líquidos, assim reduzindo seu consumo, bem como evitar os problemas de transporte de líquido de uma esttação para outra, o que também evita a poluição ambiental. Uma planta que corporifica dito processo consiste de uma sequência de estações alinhadas (A), com uma estação de carga automática na entrada e uma estação de descarga automática na saída, em que os artigos a serem tratados são contidos em tambores cilíndricos perfurados (D), abertos no topo, que são automaticamente movidos de uma estação para outra, por meio de carrinhos (C) que correm sobre trilhos (B) estendendo-se acima das estações, ao longo do inteiro comprimento da planta. Subsequent washing after a chemical treatment phase, at the same station where the treatment was performed, allows to significantly reduce the number of stations, and subsequent centrifugation in each treatment or washing allows to recover the liquids, thus reducing their consumption as well as how to avoid liquid transport problems from one station to another, which also avoids environmental pollution. A plant embodying this process consists of a sequence of aligned stations (A), with an automatic inlet loading station and an automatic outlet station in which the articles to be treated are contained in perforated cylindrical drums (D). , opened at the top, which are automatically moved from one station to another by means of trolleys (C) running on tracks (B) extending above the stations along the entire length of the plant. The use of open drums (D), instead of the conventional barrels closed by a door, allows the automatic loading and unloading of articles in the extreme stations of the plant, with a great saving of labor force. as well as without risk to the health of operators.
