Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DE DADOS PORTáTIL UTILIZANDO DISPOSITIVOS DE MULTIPLAS MEMóRIAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de armazenamento de dados portátil que inclui uma interface USB 3, um controlador USB 2, uma unidade de controle principal 7, e dois ou mais dispositivos de memória instantânea NAND 9, 19. A unidade de controle principal 7 pode enviar dados para os dispositivos de memória NAND 9, 19, simultaneamente através dos respectivos barramentos paralelos de 8 bits. A unidade de controle principal 7 controla a operação dos dispositivos de memória 9, 19 enviando para os mesmos dados de controle idênticos através das respectivas linhas de sinal de controle 6, 16. Quando os dados a serem armazenados são divididos em partes que são enviadas para os respectivos dispositivos de memória 9, 19 e ambos os dispositivos de memória são instruídos a armazenarem dados simultaneamente. Quando os dados devem ser recuperados ambos são instruídos para escrever os dados de volta simultaneamente na MCU.
