Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR (MET)ACROLEìNA E/OU áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO, E PARA INCORPORAR UM DISPOSITIVO". é exposto um método para a produção de (met)acroleína e/ou ácido (met)acrílico através da oxidação parcial de compostos precursores C3 e/ou C4 na fase gasosa, na presença de um catalisador em partículas em um reator que compreende duas ou várias placas metálicas de folha térmica vertical (1) que são colocadas uma paralela à outra, enquanto é deixado um intervalo (2) entre as mesmas, respectivamente. O catalisador em partículas heterogêneo é introduzido nos intervalos (2), e a mistura de reação gasosa e dirigida através dos intervalos (2). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o método é monitorado, controlado, e/ou regulado pela seleção de um ou vários valores de temperatura como um parâmetro de monitoração, parâmetro de controle, e/ou parâmetro regulador, os referidos valores de temperatura sendo medidos em ou vários intervalos (2) em um ou vários pontos de medição, que são distribuídos ao longo da altura de cada intervalo (2).
