Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO EM Pó COM BASE EM FERRO COMPREENDENDO UMA COMBINAçãO DE AGLUTINANTES-LUBRIFICANTES E PREPARAçãO DA COMPOSIçãO EM Pó". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição metalúrgica melhorada resistente à segregação e resistente ao empoeiramento para produção de peças compactadas, compreendendo pelo menos cerca de 80 por cento em peso de um pó de ferro ou com base em ferro; (b) pelo menos um pó de ligação; e (c) de cerca de 0,05 até cerca de 2 por cento em peso de uma combinação ligante/lubrificante de cera de polietileno e bis-estearamida de etileno, a cera de polietileno tendo um peso molecular médio ponderal abaixo de cerca de 1000 e um ponto de fusão abaixo daquele da bis-estearamida de etileno, e estando presente em uma quantidade entre 10 e 90% em peso da combinação ligante/lubrificante.
