Abstract

"FORMULAçãO INSETICIDA". A presente invenção proporciona uma nova formulação inseticida baseada em ciclodextrina, caracterizada pelo fato de que a substância ativa (inseticida e/ou agente regulador de crescimento de inseto) e um composto sinergístico com a substância ativa, são complexados simultaneamente com ciclodextrina. A formulação se apresenta como um sólido ou como uma composição de sólido/óleo, sendo solúvel ou completamente emulsificável em água ou em misturas aquosas de solventes miscíveis em água. A atividade da presente formulação foi encontrada como sendo maior que aquela de uma mistura de dois componentes ativos, cada qual complexado separadamente com ciclodextrina, na mesma dosagem. O processo de preparação da dita formulação e seu uso como inseticida na agricultura, uso veterinário ou ainda para eliminar insetos domésticos, constituem aspectos adicionais da presente invenção.
