Abstract

"MéTODO PARA AUMENTAR A TAXA DE POLIMERIZAçãO EM ESTADO SóLIDO DE TEREFTALATO DE POLIETILENO (PET) E MéTODO DE POLIMERIZAçãO EM ESTADO SóLIDO DE TEREFTALATO DE POLIETILENO". Trata-se de um método para intensificar a polimerização em estado sólido de tereftalato de polietileno no qual pelo menos uma unidade monomérica de diácido e/ou éster de dimetila que compreende pelo menos um grupo lateral químico pendente é copolimerizada com um diol e um diácido ou um éster de dimetila. Pelo menos um grupo lateral químico pendente pode incluir grupos escolhidos entre os grupos butila terciária, hexila, pentila, butila, propila, etila, metila, nitrosila (NO~ 2~) e sulfonila (SO~ 2~).
