Abstract
"MéTODO E SISTEMA ESPECTROSCóPICO PARA DETERMINAR UMA PROPRIEDADE DE UMA SUBSTáNCIA, E, PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR". A presente invenção habilita a determinar a propriedade de um fluido, tal como para as finalidades de análise de sangue ao vivo. Primeiramente, a posição de um volume de interesse através do qual o fluido flui é determinada por meio de uma etapa de detecção óptica, fazendo uso de uma objetiva. Preferivelmente, a etapa de detecção óptica é uma etapa de formação de imagem. A seguir, a objetiva é movida para trazer o ponto focal da objetiva para o volume de interesse. Nesta posição, uma etapa espectroscópica óptica é realizada. Isto tem a vantagem de que o feixe de medição para executa a espectroscopia óptica caminha ao longo do eixo óptico para eficiência ótima.
