Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PERFURAR PELìCULA COM CHAMA". A presente invenção fornece um aparelho e métodos para a perfuração com chama de películas poliméricas com uma chama enriquecida com oxigênio. Uma forma de realização do aparelho inclui uma estrutura, uma superfície de suporte ligada à estrutura, onde a superfície de suporte inclui uma pluralidade de porções rebaixadas, um sistema de enriquecimento de oxigênio para aumentar a quantidade de oxigênio na mistura combustível, um queimador ligado à estrutura oposta à superficie de suporte, onde o queimador sustenta uma chama estável, e uma película que contata a superfície de suporte, onde a chama do queimador é direcionada para a película para fazer com que a película seja perfurada. Uma forma de realização do método de perfurar com chama uma película polimérica inclui acender uma mistura combustível enriquecida com oxigênio para formar uma chama estável, em que a chama gerada pela mistura combustível enriquecida com oxigênio fornece perfurações mais uniforme.
