Abstract

"ENSAIO APERFEIçOADO HOMOGêNEO DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE ENERGIA COM RESOLUçãO NO TEMPO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para aperfeiçoamento da sensibilidade de detecção em ensaios homogêneos de bioafinidade, baseados em TR-FRET. A sensibilidade é aperfeiçoada mediante uso de doadores de longo tempo de vida, junto com uma alta eficiência de transferência de energia e mediante realização da detecção da emissão à base de transferência de energia do aceitador em um intervalo de tempo que é aberto após um atraso de 1 microssegundo ou mais, mas inferior a 50 microssegundos, calculado a partir da excitação do doador e em que o intervalo de tempo apresenta uma amplitude de 1 microssegundo ou mais, porém inferior a 100 micrassegundos. A invenção concerne também o uso do aperfeiçoado método em ensaios de múltiplos analisados. Além disso, a invenção concerne um dispositivo adequado para realização do dito método aperfeiçoado.
