Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSIçãO PARA UMA COLOCAçãO DENTáRIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um substrato que é fornecido sobre uma superfície com uma primeira porosidade. Uma dispersão com um líquido de baixa viscosidade é aplicada à superfície a fim de formar uma camada cerâmica com uma segunda porosidade, tendo, preferencialmente, maiores e/ou maior número de poros que a primeira porosidade. O líquido possui a capacidade de ser sugado pela força capilar dentro da primeira formação de poro e, em um primeiro estágio, de reter o material de superfície e/ou partículas de líquido que não penetram dentro da primeira formação de poro e que contribuem para a construção continuada da camada. Em um segundo estágio, o substrato é submetido à sinterização, na qual as partículas que finalmente formam a camada são mantidas juntas com espaços intermediários, que consistem de ou que são incluídos na segunda porosidade, os espaços sendo formados pelo fato de que o material e/ou partículas de líquido separadas das partículas que formam finalmente a camada são eliminadas durante a sinterização e/ou pelo fato de que as partículas que formam a camada são escolhidas com um tamanho de partícula que significa que as partículas mencionadas por último são mantidas juntas após a sinterização, a despeito dos espaços intermediários. A invenção também refere-se a uma disposição. Através da invenção, um produto dentário pode ser fornecido com excelente porosidade, o que é vantajoso em conexão com colocações dentárias.
