Abstract

"COMPONENTE ROTATIVO, APARELHO DE ACIONAMENTO SìNCRONO, E, MéTODO PARA CONSTRUIR UM COMPONENTE ROTATIVO". Um componente não circular roda dentada compreende um rotor (11) que tem uma pluralidade de dentes (16) arranjados ao redor do perímetro do rotor, cada dente tendo uma coroa (9), e cada par de dentes adjacentes tendo um vale (8) entre eles. As coroas dos dentes se situam em uma envoltória encurvada que forma o perímetro do rotor. O perímetro tem um perfil não circular que tem no mínimo duas porções salientes (22, 23) que alternam com porções recuadas (24, 25). A distância entre os pontos médios (V) das coroas (9) de cada par de dentes adjacentes é substancialmente a mesma. O perfil do vale (8) entre cada par de dentes adjacentes é substancialmente o mesmo. A distância entre o ponto médio (V) de cada coroa (9) e o eixo (A) do motor varia ao redor do perímetro para produzir o dito perfil não circular.
