Abstract
"MéTODO E COMPOSIçãO PARA CONTROLAR A DEPOSIçãO DE MANGANêS NUM SISTEMA AQUOSO, MéTODO DE ESTABILIZAçãO DE CLORO E MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR A DEGRADAçãO DE PELO MENOS UM AGENTE DE CONTROLE DE DEPóSITO E DE PELO MENOS UM AUXILIAR ORGáNICO DE LAVANDERIA". São descritos métodos para controlar a deposição de manganês num sistema aquoso, que inclui introduzir uma composição contendo cério e opcionalmente outro agente de controle de depósito, ao sistema aquoso. São também descritas as composições contendo cério que promovem o desempenho de estabilização de manganês de dispersantes poliméricos e ácidos fosfóricos comumente utilizados em aplicações de tratamento de água. Composições contendo cério que podem inibir a degradação oxidativa de agentes de controle de depósito são também descritas.
