Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA REMOçãO DE FORMIATO DE TRIALQUILAMÈNIO DE METILOLALCANOS, E, CATALISADOR". é divulgado um método para remover formiato de trialquilamónio de metilolalcanos obtidos pela condensação de formaldeído com um aldeío mais elevado. O método da invenção é caracterizado pelo fato de que o formiato de trialquilamónio é decomposto a uma temperatura aumentada e com um catalisador que é colocado em um suporte de dióxido de titânio e contém rutênio, na presença de um gás contendo hidrogênio. O dito método toma possível separar o formiato de trialquilamónio de metilolalcanos produzidos de acordo com o método Cannizzaro orgânico e o método por hidratação.
