Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA MALTAR CEREAIS". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo (1) para maltar cereais, que abrange uma torre (2) com um certo número de andares que são separados uns dos outros por fundos de andares (9, 10), sendo que cada andar abrange um fundo de suporte (13) para apoiar os cereais que devem germinar (24) e, ademais, apresenta meios para condicionar o ar e meios de deslocamento, que são dotados de um canal de alimentação e de um canal de escoamento para deslocar o ar condicionado pelo canal de alimentação, sendo que este último se estende desde os meios de condicionamento do ar até o lado inferior de um fundo de suporte, através do fundo de suporte e de uma camada de cereais depositada sobre ele, até a face superior da camada de cereais e, por meio do canal de escoamento, é afastado da face superior da camada de cereais, sendo que o canal de alimentação e / ou o canal de escoamento se estende em pelo menos um fundo de andar, por uma abertura central.
