Abstract

"HIDRO-GERADOR SUBMERSìVEL DE PASSO VARIáVEL DINáMICO PARA BAIXA ALTURA DE QUEDA". Um sistema gerador hidrelétrico inclui um rotor montado para girar ao redor de seu eixo sobre uma base, e várias pás articuladas se estendem radialmente para fora a partir do rotor. As pás são projetadas para se abrirem em uma posição completamente estendida do lado montante durante uma parte da rotação do rotor e para se fecharem em uma posição alojada durante uma parte da rotação do rotor, em que o fluxo de água vindo do lado montante para o lado jusante bate nas pás, abrindo-as na posição completamente estendida para impelir o rotor. O rotor, ou o rotor e as pás, podem ficar completamente submersos.
