Abstract

"RODA HIDRáULICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma turbina que se compõe: - por uma parte móvel giratória dita rotor (1) composta por um conjunto de pás (2) em número variável, o conjunto girando em torno de um eixo horizontal (6), - por uma ou várias partes fixas (4) que desempenham o papel da barragem necessária para a retenção da altura de água, - por um canal de entrada de água (15) e de saída das águas (16). A inovação é constituída pela forma em coroa cilíndrica da parte móvel (1), que torna possível, no volume deixado livre por seu movimento, a realização do elemento de retenção das águas (4) no qual são implantados os elementos mecânicos multiplicador e freios. Essa concepção permite a utilização da energia cinética no canal de entrada (15) e da energia potencial da altura de água. Essa roda de pás é destinada a utilizar a energia da água dos cursos de água ou das marés para transformá-la em energia mecânica que pode ser transformada ou não em eletricidade.
