Abstract
The turbine 2 comprises a runner (2) rotating relative to its own axis of rotation (20). The runner (2) in turn comprises at least one blade (21), said blade (21) being able to be at least partially immersed in a liquid stream (22) with free surface. The runner (2) is operatively connectable to an electric generator. The turbine (1) characteristically comprises: -a base suitable to interact directly with the outside environment to support the weight of the turbine (1); -means (3) for raising and lowering the axis of rotation (20) of the impeller (2) relative to at least one part of the base (4).
