"COMPOSIçãO CERMET, E, MéTODO PARA PROTEGER UMA SUPERFìCIE METáLICA SUJEITA à EROSãO". é descrita uma composição cermet representada pela fórmula (PQ)(RS)X compreendendo: uma fase cerâmica (PQ), uma fase ligante (RS) e X, em que X é pelo menos um componente selecionado do grupo que consiste de um dispersóide de óxido E, um composto intermetálico F e um composto derivado G, em que a dita fase cerâmica (PQ) é dispersa na fase ligante (RS) como partículas de diâmetro na faixa de cerca de 0,5 a 3.000 mícrons, e o dito X é disperso na fase ligante (RS) como partículas na faixa de tamanho de cerca de 1 nm a 400 nm.
