Abstract
"EQUIPAMENTO PORTáTIL PARA ADMINISTRAçãO DE FLUIDOS EM TECIDOS E TUMORES ATRAVéS DE TéCNICA DE DISTRIBUIçãO APERFEIçOADA POR CONVECçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para um sistema portátil de distribuição aperfeiçoada por convecção que permite a administração de líquidos em localizações específicas dentro do corpo, especialmente tecidos e tumores também permitindo o tratamento do indivíduo fora do hospital. O sistema de aplicação compreende uma bomba portátil extracorporal com um reservatório de fluido, que é conectada, através de um sistema de infusão, com um cateter de infusão colocável em qualquer tecido ou tumor, o fluido será administrado através de microperfusão de fluxo elevado. O sistema permite a administração de fluidos de qualquer espécie através de distribuição aperfeiçoada por convecção também no tratamento do paciente fora do hospital. O sistema pode ser usado para distribuir várias drogas, proteínas, toxinas de proteínas, anticorpos para tratamento ou formação de imagem, proteínas em terapia de substituição de enzimas, fatores de crescimento e vírus ou oligonucleotídeo em terapia de genes, etc. Os métodos de aplicação bem como o método cirúrgico para implantar esse dispositivo estão envolvidos por esta invenção.
