Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA GERAR ELUENTE DE ALTA PUREZA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um aparelho que são proporcionados para gerar um eluente de carbonato de alta pureza, adequado para uso em cromatografia. O eluente de alta pureza pode ser gerado por proporcionar-se água e uma primeira fase estacionária compreendendo cátions trocáveis. Os íons de eletrólise são gerados pela eletrólise da água. Os íons de eletrólise são selecionados do grupo consistindo em íons de hidrónio e íons de hidróxido. Os íons de hidrónio são passados pela primeira fase estacionária, de modo que os íons de hidrónio substituam os cátions na primeira fase estacionária. Depois, uma fonte de íons desejados é combinada com os cátions, para formar um eluente de alta pureza contendo os íons desejados.
