Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM COMPOSTO DE ACRILONITRILA". Existe um processo para produção esterosseletivamente de forma E de um composto de 3-aciloxiacrilonitrila (3) ou forma Z, o qual compreende uma reação do composto 3-oxopropionitrila (1) com um ácido clorídrico (2), caracterizado por a reação ser conduzida com a remoção de cloreto de hidrogênio, ou pelo uso de uma base orgânica e uma base inorgânica, para que por meio deste, regule a estereoestrutura do produto, um processo para a produção do composto (1) caracterizado pela reação do composto acetonitrila (5) com um composto éster aromático (6) pelo uso do alkoxido metal álcali em um solvente hidrocarboneto durante remoção do álcool formado como um derivado por destilação azeotrópica em um tanque de separação; e um processo para izomerização da forma E do composto 3-aciloxiacrilonitrila para forma Z do mesmo por uso de uma base orgânica.
