Abstract
"CONTROLE DE AQUECIMENTO DE CAPILAR E SISTEMA DE DETECçãO DE FALHA E METODOLOGIA PAPA SISTEMA DE COMBUSTìVEL NUMA MáQUINA DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Sistema de combustível para uso em um motor de combustão interna que inclui uma pluralidade de injetores de combustível, cada injetor de combustível incluindo pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar, a pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar tendo uma extremidade de entrada e uma extremidade de saída, uma fonte de calor disposta ao longo da pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar, a fonte de calor operável para aquecer um combustível líquido na pelo menos uma passagem de fluxo capilar até um nível suficiente para converter pelo menos uma porção do mesmo do estado líquido para um estado vapor e uma válvula para medição de combustível para o motor de combustão interna, um controlador para controlar a energia fornecida para a fonte de calor de cada um da pluralidade de injetores de combustível para obter uma temperatura alvo pré-determinada, um sensor para uso na determinação de fluxo de ar de motor e um sensor para medir um valor indicativo do grau de aquecimento de motor do motor de combustão interna. O sistema de combustível da presente invenção também proporciona capacidades de detecção de falha com relação aos maus funcionamentos dentro da passagem de fluxo capilar.
