Abstract

"COMBINAçãO DE UMA CARCAçA DE ANODO E UMA CARCAçA DE CATODO PARA UMA CéLULA ELETROQUìMICA". é descrita uma célula de zinco/ar que tem revestimento do anodo e revestimento do catodo em forma de copo de parede fina. A célula pode ser uma célula tipo botão que tem um anodo compreendendo zinco e um catodo, que pode ser catalítico, compreendendo dióxido de manganês. Os revestimentos do anodo e do catodo têm pequena espessura de parede, preferivelmente entre 2 e 5 mil (0,0508 e 0,127 mm), desejavelmente entre cerca de 2 e 3 mils (0,0508 e 0,0762 mm). Existe um anel de vedação isolante cobrindo pelo menos uma parte das paredes laterais do revestimento do anodo.
