Abstract

"BATERIA SECA DE MANGANêS". A presente invenção proporciona uma bateria seca de manganês que tem alta confiabilidade para prevenção de explosão através do emprego de nova forma de gaxeta, que é facilmente fabricada e controlada em termos de suas dimensões, bem como mecanismo a prova de explosão. Bateria seca de manganês compreende gaxeta que tem cilindro interno que adere intimamente e prende haste de carbono, cilindro externo que adere intimamente à parede interna da abertura da lata de zinco, e porção de conexão que conecta o cilindro interno e o cilindro externo; e placa terminal do cátodo que ajusta-se à superfície mais elevada da haste de carbono, sendo a bateria selada através de calafetagem a extremidade de abertura da lata de zinco e a periferia externa da placa terminal cátodo por meio da extremidade superior do cilindro externo, em que a porção de interrupção é proporcionada em pelo menos parte da porção superior do cilindro interno da gaxeta, tal que a gaxeta é deformada mediante aumento na pressão interna da bateria para formar intervalo entre a gaxeta e a haste de carbono, e o gás é desprendido do orifício de exaustão proporcionado ao cátodo.
