"dispositivo gerador de onda de choque de um só golpe". esta invenção está relacionada a um dispositivo mecânico para geração de onda de choque de um só golpe utilizado em cirurgia urológica para a desintegração de cálculos de dutos urinários (1), compreendendo meios de pancada (2) os quais dão pancada em meios geradores de onda de choque (3) em alta velocidade. as ondas de choque são transmitidas por meios de transferência de onda de choque (4) a um objeto para destruição com o qual os mencionados meios de transferência de onda de choque estão em contato direto ou indireto. os meios de pancada (2) são deslocados por intermédio da expansão de um gás de alta pressão introduzido antes da geração de cada onda de choque para dentro de meios de acumulação (5) supridos com gás de alta pressão a partir de depósitos independentes de gás (7) e com meios de fornecimento e de vedação com os quais o gás armazenado é liberado pela manipulação manual de meios de controle (8) que conectam os meios de acumulação (5) com os meios de pancada (2).
