Abstract

本发明提供一种多动力体内碎石机,该组合式手柄包括超声碎石组件、气压弹道碎石组件、激光碎石组件,集超声碎石、气压弹道碎石、激光碎石于一体,可根据实际需求选择碎石的方式,且无论采用哪种方式进行碎石均可对碎石进行清理,使得碎石方式更加灵活,且提高了碎石与清石的效率。

Description

一种多动力体内碎石机
技术领域
本发明涉及用于人体内结石的碎石机,具体是集超声、气压弹道、激光于一体的一种多动力体内碎石机。
背景技术
超声波体内碎石是一种较好的微创治疗结石的技术,一般是采用顶端装有超声换能器的探针通过内窥镜接触结石来进行碎石。具体地,这种碎石技术利用超声发生器产生的电振荡使超声换能器产生高频机械振动,并通过超声电极传递到变幅杆上,使其顶端发生纵向振动,当超声探针与坚硬的结石接触时产生碎石效应。变幅杆为中空探针,灌洗液和结石屑可通过中空的变幅杆由真空负压吸引设备吸出体外,从而实现碎石清石的治疗目的。这种方法的好处是去石彻底,治疗后很快就可以康复,并且不容易复发。但是,现有的超声碎石仪只对约15%的易碎的小结石有效。
另外,还有一种气压弹道碎石技术,其由气压弹道施加碎石能量,将结石击碎。这种气压弹道碎石仪虽然碎石能力较强,但是由于治疗时只能碎石,不能当场清石,可能会留下结石复发和碎石堵塞尿路的隐患。
再者,还有一种激光碎石技术,其基本特点是将激光发射源送入体内结石位置,通过强大的激光能量将结石粉碎。目前使用的碎石激光有调Q.Nd:YAG 激光(波长1064nm),双波长激光(绿光波长532nm,红外光波长1064nm),红宝石激光器(波长694nm),金绿宝石激光,钬激光(波长2100nm)等。激光碎石技术比较适合结石较大的情况,碎石效率较高,但其也存在只能碎石、不能清石的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种多动力体内碎石机,包括超声碎石组件、气压弹道碎石组件、激光碎石组件,集超声碎石、气压弹道碎石、激光碎石于一体,可根据实际需求选择碎石的方式,且无论采用哪种方式进行碎石均可对碎石进行清理,使得碎石方式更加灵活,且提高了碎石与清石的效率。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明提供的具体技术方案为:
一种多动力体内碎石机,包括:超声碎石组件,包括手柄本体一、变幅杆、吸附通道,所述手柄本体一内设有超声换能器,所述变幅杆与超声换能器相连,所述吸附通道贯穿所述手柄本体一与变幅杆,所述手柄本体一上设有引出口,所述引出口与所述吸附通道相连通;气压弹道碎石组件,包括手柄本体二、弹道探针,所述弹道探针设置于所述手柄本体二的一端,所述手柄本体二中设有行程通道、气压进口,所述气压进口与行程通道相连通,所述行程通道中设有运动件,所述手柄本体二与手柄本体一可拆卸连接,所述弹道探针设置于所述吸附通道中;激光碎石组件,包括光纤、光纤导入通道、光纤固定件,所述光纤导入通道设置于所述手柄本体一上,所述光纤导入通道与所述吸附通道相连通,所述光纤穿过所述光纤导入通道、吸附通道,通过光纤固定件固定于所述弹道探针上。
作为上述方案的优选,所述光纤固定件为设置于所述弹道探针外壁上的弹片。
作为上述方案的优选,所述光纤固定件包括夹片、紧固件,所述夹片上设有通孔,所述紧固件穿过所述通孔将所述夹片固定于所述弹道探针上。
作为上述方案的优选,所述弹片包括轴对称的片瓣一、片瓣二,所述片瓣一、片瓣二交错设置。
作为上述方案的优选,所述夹片上还设有容纳光纤的凹槽。
作为上述方案的优选,所述激光碎石组件还包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述光纤导入通道的通入口上。
作为上述方案的优选,所述运动件包括固定块、弹簧、滑块,所述滑块通过弹簧与所述固定块相连,所述固定块固定于所述行程通道中。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、 “上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“设置”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定相连、设置,也可以是可拆卸连接、设置,或一体地连接、设置。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种多动力体内碎石机,包括:
(1)超声碎石组件,包括手柄本体一1、变幅杆2、吸附通道3,所述手柄本体一内设有超声换能器,所述变幅杆与超声换能器相连,所述吸附通道3贯穿所述手柄本体一1与变幅杆2,所述手柄本体一上设有引出口4,所述引出口4与所述吸附通道3相连通;
(2)气压弹道碎石组件,包括手柄本体二5、弹道探针6,所述弹道探针设置于所述手柄本体二的一端,所述手柄本体二5中设有行程通道7、气压进口8,所述气压进口8与行程通道7相连通,所述行程通道中设有运动件,所述运动件包括固定块901、弹簧902、滑块903,所述滑块903通过弹簧902与所述固定块901相连,所述固定块901固定于所述行程通道7中,所述手柄本体二5与手柄本体一1螺纹连接,所述弹道探针6设置于所述吸附通道3中;
(3)激光碎石组件,包括光纤10、光纤导入通道11、光纤固定件12,所述光纤导入通道11设置于所述手柄本体一1上,所述光纤导入通道11与所述吸附通道3相连通,所述光纤10穿过所述光纤导入通道11、吸附通道3,通过光纤固定件12固定于所述弹道探针6上。
本发明提供的一种多动力体内碎石机,集超声、气压弹道、激光于一体,可以根据实际情况选择相应的方式来碎石,无论采用哪种方式进行碎石,均可以通过吸附通道将碎石清理出去,具体为:采用超声方式进行碎石时,将超声发生器与换能器相连,换能器将超声波转换成机械震动,从而促使变幅杆震动将结石击碎;采用气压弹道方式进行碎石时,将气压进口与气压源相连,气压进入行程通道中促使滑块滑动撞击固定块,从而使得弹道探针撞击结石将其击碎;采用激光方式进行碎石时,将光纤与激光发生器相连,将光纤通过光纤导入通道导入吸附通道中直至光纤端头略伸出吸附通道,通过光纤固定件将光纤固定在弹道探针上,激光发生器发射激光,通过光纤传递给结石从而将结石击碎;结石被击碎后,负压装置将碎石通过吸附通道经引出口吸出,从而完成清石的过程。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述光纤固定件为设置于所述弹道探针外壁上的弹片,所述弹片包括轴对称的片瓣一1201、片瓣二1202,所述片瓣一、片瓣二交错设置。弹片固定于弹道探针上,使用时将弹片掰开将光纤放入,然后弹片自动恢复即可将光纤固定于弹道探针上。
作为另一个优选的实施例,如图3、图4所示,所述光纤固定件包括夹片1203、紧固件1204,所述夹片上设有通孔1205,所述紧固件穿过所述通孔将所述夹片固定于所述弹道探针上,所述紧固件可以为螺母或铆钉,所述夹片上还设有容纳光纤的凹槽1206。将夹片的凹槽对准光纤后,通过紧固件穿过通孔将夹片固定于弹道探针上。
进一步地,所述激光碎石组件还包括密封件13,所述密封件设置于所述光纤导入通道11的通入口上,所述密封件可以为密封圈或塞子。在碎石清理时密封件可防止碎石或残液从光纤导入通道流出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种多动力体内碎石机,其特征在于,包括:
超声碎石组件,包括手柄本体一、变幅杆、吸附通道,所述手柄本体一内设有超声换能器,所述变幅杆与超声换能器相连,所述吸附通道贯穿所述手柄本体一与变幅杆,所述手柄本体一上设有引出口,所述引出口与所述吸附通道相连通;
气压弹道碎石组件,包括手柄本体二、弹道探针,所述弹道探针设置于所述手柄本体二的一端,所述手柄本体二中设有行程通道、气压进口,所述气压进口与行程通道相连通,所述行程通道中设有运动件,所述手柄本体二与手柄本体一可拆卸连接,所述弹道探针设置于所述吸附通道中;
激光碎石组件,包括光纤、光纤导入通道、光纤固定件,所述光纤导入通道设置于所述手柄本体一上,所述光纤导入通道与所述吸附通道相连通,所述光纤穿过所述光纤导入通道、吸附通道,通过光纤固定件固定于所述弹道探针上;所述光纤固定件为设置于所述弹道探针外壁上的弹片,所述弹片包括轴对称的片瓣一、片瓣二,所述片瓣一、片瓣二交错设置。
2.一种多动力体内碎石机,其特征在于,包括:
超声碎石组件,包括手柄本体一、变幅杆、吸附通道,所述手柄本体一内设有超声换能器,所述变幅杆与超声换能器相连,所述吸附通道贯穿所述手柄本体一与变幅杆,所述手柄本体一上设有引出口,所述引出口与所述吸附通道相连通;
气压弹道碎石组件,包括手柄本体二、弹道探针,所述弹道探针设置于所述手柄本体二的一端,所述手柄本体二中设有行程通道、气压进口,所述气压进口与行程通道相连通,所述行程通道中设有运动件,所述手柄本体二与手柄本体一可拆卸连接,所述弹道探针设置于所述吸附通道中;
激光碎石组件,包括光纤、光纤导入通道、光纤固定件,所述光纤导入通道设置于所述手柄本体一上,所述光纤导入通道与所述吸附通道相连通,所述光纤穿过所述光纤导入通道、吸附通道,通过光纤固定件固定于所述弹道探针上;所述光纤固定件包括夹片、紧固件,所述夹片上设有通孔,所述紧固件穿过所述通孔将所述夹片固定于所述弹道探针上,所述夹片上还设有容纳光纤的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多动力体内碎石机,其特征在于,所述激光碎石组件还包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述光纤导入通道的通入口上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的多动力体内碎石机,其特征在于,所述运动件包括固定块、弹簧、滑块,所述滑块通过弹簧与所述固定块相连,所述固定块固定于所述行程通道中。
