Abstract

"TRANSPORTADOR DE SEPARAçãO DE RIPA". A presente invenção refere-se a um transportador sem-fim que compreende uma pluralidade de pares de ripas (4) definindo uma superfície de transporte superior, as ditas ripas sendo configuradas para conduzirem artigos dispostos na dita superfície de transporte superior em uma direção longitudinal dianteira com sapatas impulsoras (12) para desviar os artigos lateralmente, os ditos pares compreendendo: a) uma ripa dianteira (6) e uma ripa traseira (8), a dita ripa dianteira apresentando uma superfície traseira (16), a dita ripa traseira apresentando uma superfície dianteira (18); cada dita ripa dianteira e traseira compreendendo respectivas superfícies superiores que são geralmente alinhadas entre si e definem uma porção da dita superfície de transporte superior, cada dita ripa dianteira e traseira compreendendo respectivas superfícies inferiores, as ditas ripas dianteira e traseira apresentando respectivos comprimentos que são aproximadamente iguais entre si; b) uma brecha (20) definida entre a dita superfície traseira (16) e a dita superfície dianteira (18) se estendendo transversal à dita direção longitudinal a partir das ditas respectivas superfícies superiores para as ditas respectivas superfícies inferiores, a dita brecha (20) se estendendo lateralmente ao longo de uma porção substancial dos ditos respectivos comprimentos laterais, c) a dita brecha (20) compreendendo uma porção de deslocamento (36), onde as ditas sapatas impulsoras (12) compreendem uma base impulsora (58) que é formada complementar à porção de deslocamento da brecha (36).
