Abstract

"MéTODO PARA INTRODUçãO DE PERFURAçõES DE SHAKER NO CANAL DE REFRIGERAçãO DE UM PISTãO DE UMA PEçA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a introdução de perfurações de shaker (13) em um canal de refrigeração (5) de um pistão de uma peça (1), sendo que os cubos de pino (9) de pistão, cada qual com um furo de pino (3) e elementos de haste de pistão (10) são moldados na cabeça de pistão (2) por meio de uma conexão (8) essencialmente anular. Perfurações de passagem (12) são perfuradas na conexão (8) coaxialmente às perfurações de shaker (13) para introdução no canal de refrigeração (5), após o que as perfurações de shaker (13) são perfuradas no lado inferior da cabeça de pistão (2) por meio de brocas introduzidas através da perfuração de passagem pertinente (12).
