Abstract
"COMUTADOR PLANO". A presente invenção refere-se a um comutador plano com um corpo de suporte (1), uma multiplicidade de segmentos condutores (3) bem como um número igual de segmentos de carbono (4) ligados com os segmentos condutores com travamento devido à forma, de modo eletricamente condutor, cada segmento de carbono (4) apresenta uma saliência (13) anelar, disposta contraposta à área de curso de escova (5), cuja face frontal (15) anelar se encontra em contato com uma correspondente área de contato (16) anelar do segmento condutor (3) associado. As áreas de contato (16) anelares são envoltas respectivamente por um anel de contato (24) do segmento condutor (3) em questão, que se encontra em contato ininterrupto com a saliência (13) anelar associada. Em cada segmento condutor se salienta um pino de contato (17), que engata de tal maneira ininterruptamente em uma correspondente perfuração (14) da saliência (13) anelar associada do segmento de carbono (4) em questão. Assim, os segmentos de carbono estão conectados de modo eletricamente condutor aos segmentos condutores (3), respectivamente através da área periférica exterior, da área frontal (15) anelar e da área periférica interior da saliência (13) anelar.
