Abstract

"VENTILADOR DE RESFRIAMENTO COM Pá REFORçADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo circulatório que compreende um ventilador com grande diâmetro tendo pás do ventilador reforçadas com um formato de aerofólio afunilado. As pás do ventilador podem ser formadas usando um método de fabricação de extrusão, em que cada pá do ventilador pode compreender um bordo de fuga reforçado com um flange que se estende descendentemente. O benefício de formar cada pá do ventilador com um bordo de fuga reforçado da presente invenção, resulta em características estruturais melhoradas tal que o bordo de fuga de cada pá do ventilador pode ser fabricado maior de modo a melhorar o desempenho aerodinâmico. Além disso, o bordo de fuga reforçado resiste ao rasgamento que pode ocorrer durante a extrusão pela adição da região com flange dobrada a pelo menos uma extremidade distal do bordo de fuga. Por exemplo, a porção dobrada do bordo de fuga tende a orientar rigidamente o material extrudado em uma posição estabilizada mais imediatamente durante a formação. Além disso, a porção dobrada proporciona maior resistência ao proporcionar forças de suporte em duas dimensões que são relativamente paralelas e perpendiculares ao seu comprimento de modo a neutralizar os efeitos adversos de forças de pressão que agem sobre o bordo de fuga da pá do ventilador durante a extrusão.
