Abstract

"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA COM UM DISPOSITIVO HIDRáULICO PARA O AJUSTE DO âNGULO DE ROTAçãO DE UM EIXO DE CAME EM RELAçãO A UM EIXO DE MANIVELAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um motor de combustão interna com um dispositivo hidráulico (1) para o ajuste do ângulo de rotação de um eixo de came (2) em relação a um eixo de manivelas, abrangendo um rotor (6), com pás (10) dispostas nele, que está ligado com o eixo de came (2) à prova de torção, um estator (4) em forma de tubo, dotado de uma parede frontal (5), que está ligado, à prova de torção, com uma roda motriz (3) acionada pelo eixo de manivelas, sendo que em ambos lados das pás (10) estão previstas câmaras de pressão, que estão limitadas, respectivamente, por paredes de suporte e por paredes que passam na direção da circunferência do estator (4), e que podem ser enchidas com um líquido hidráulico ou esvaziadas através de um sistema hidráulico. Uma redução da massa do dispositivo, por outro lado, com simultânea diminuição do vazamento é alcançada pelo fato de que, o estator (4) e a parede frontal (5) são construídos em peça única em forma de pote (19), sendo que o pote, inclusive um eventual disco de vedação (14) disposto nele, é construído como peça de chapa fabricada sem levantamento de aparas.
