Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA APLICAçãO POSTERIOR à VULCANIZAçãO DE COMPONENTES ELETRôNICOS EM UM PNEUMáTICO". Trata-se de um sistema e método para aplicação posterior à vulcanização de componentes eletrônicos em um pneumático que inclui: uma montagem de primeiro estágio na qual extremidades de um fio de antena anular são posicionadas dentro das alças de metal condutoras em um membro base; um segundo estágio no qual um plugue é afixado com o membro base para manter as extremidades da antena no local durante a formatação e vulcanização do fio da antena em um pneumático; e um terceiro estágio no qual o plugue é substituído por um portador da placa, o portador incluindo o dispositivo para estabelecer e manter contato elétrico entre as extremidades da antena e a placa.
