Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR CONGELAMENTO-CONCENTRAçãO PROGRESSIVO". Em um método para controlar congelamento-concentração progressivo pela circulação de meio refrigerante através de uma rota de fluxo de meio refrigerante enquanto circulando um líquido-alvo para congelamento-concentração através de uma rota de fluxo de líquido-alvo de modo a formar gradativamente cristais de gelo sobre superfícies de parede da rota de fluxo de líquido-alvo, um dispositivo de detecção de expansão de volume é usado para detectar expansão de volume do líquido-alvo e espessura dos cristais de gelo na rota de fluxo de líquido-alvo é obtido a partir da expansão de volume detectada por este dispositivo de detecção de expansão de volume. A vazão do líquido-alvo e a velocidade de crescimento da frente de gelo na rota de fluxo de líquido-alvo são controladas para se tornarem iguais, respectivamente, a um valor de vazão estabelecido e a um valor de velocidade de crescimento estabelecido, pela execução de operações de tipos específicos baseadas na espessura do cristal assim obtida, como pelo cálculo do diâmetro interno dos cristais de gelo, cálculo de um volume de fluxo requerido do líquido-alvo na rota de fluxo de líquido-alvo a partir do diâmetro interno calculado e da vazão estabelecida, e pelo ajuste do volume de circulação do líquido-alvo, de modo que o volume de fluxo medido do líquido-alvo se tome igual ao volume de fluxo requerido, e pelo cálculo da velocidade de crescimento real da frente de gelo a partir da espessura de cristal obtida e pelo ajuste de temperatura e/ou volume de circulação do meio refrigerante, de modo que a velocidade de crescimento real calculada se torne igual ao valor de velocidade de crescimento estabelecido.
