Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE DIFERENCIAL DE ESCORREGAMENTO LIMITADO E SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE DIFERENCIAL DE TRAçãO NA RODA DIANTEIRA". Um conjunto de diferencial de escorregamento limitado de tração na roda dianteira controlado eletronicamente que é projetado para permitir a um operador controlar manual ou automaticamente a função de escorregamento limitado. O conjunto de controle e atuação do diferencial está localizado externamente à carcaça da árvore transversal dianteira e do diferencial. O conjunto inclui um solenóide elétrico que modula a pressão hidráulica produzida por uma bomba gerotor. Quando o controle do diferencial de escorregamento limitado estiver na posição LIG, a pressão hidráulica produzida pela bomba gerotor engata um pacote de embreagem de fricção que acopla a carcaça de diferencial ao eixo de saída da árvore dianteira. Quando a função de escorregamento limitado estiver em uma posição DESL, o solenóide elétrico não permite que a bomba gerotor gere pressão hidráulica suficiente para atuar o pacote de embreagem. Quando o controle de diferencial estiver em uma posição intermediária, o ajuste de controle específico e a velocidade de rotação do eixo de saída da árvore dianteira em relação à velocidade de rotação da carcaça de diferencial determinam o engate do diferencial. Além da capacidade de controlar manualmente a função de escorregamento limitado, um processador de computador/unidade lógica também podem controlar eletronicamente a função.
