Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA CHAPA DE AçO DE INTEMPERISMO DE VáRIOS EMPREGOS COMO LAMINADA E PRODUTO A PARTIR DELA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de uma chapa de aço de grau de intemperismo inclui as etapas de estabelecer um limite de elasticidade mínimo de espessura de placa alvo de um 344 MPa (50 ksi) até 10,16 cm (4"), 447 MPa (65 ksl) até 3,81 cm (1,5") e 481 MPa (70 ksi) até 3,17 cm (1,25"). Uma composição de liga de grau de intemperismo modificada é fundida em uma placa, empregando níveis efetivos de manganês, carbono, nióbio, vanádio, nitrogênio e titânio. A placa fundida é aquecida e laminada em bruto a uma chapa de calibre intermediário. A chapa de calibre intermediário é laminada controladamente e submetida a um de revestimento por ar ou revestimento acelerado, dependendo do limite de elasticidade mínimo e da espessura alvo. Com a composição química da liga, a laminação e o resfriamento controlados, a chapa de calibre final apresenta um escoamento descontínuo e pode ser usada em aplicações que requerem um limite de elasticidade mínimo de 481 MPa (70 ksi) em espessuras de chapa de até 3,17 cm (1,25"), um limite de elasticidade mínimo de 447 MPa (65 ksi) em espessuras de chapa de até 3,81 cm (1,50"), e um limite de elasticidade mínimo de 344 MPa (50 ksi) em espessuras de chapa de até 10,16 cm (4").
