Abstract
"SISTEMA DE ABRASãO POR FLUXO DE FEIXE DIRETO CONTROLADO DE PARTìCULAS". Os sistemas (21, 501, 801) para ação abrasiva incluem maquinário para criar um vácuo e pressão positiva para permitir controle de fluxo enquanto proporcionam vácuo adequado para recuperar e capturar o material abrasivo usado e o material raspado. Uma primeira modalidade (21) inclui uma alteração de reforço e vácuo facilitada pelo uso de um controle de pedal (51) para controle elevado de abrasão, limpeza e polimento. O sistema utiliza filtração de ar, ultravioleta, esterilização em forno de aquecimento e armazenamento seguro de refugo. Um instrumento (75) de contato manual é usado próximo à área a ser raspada suplantando qualquer outro controle além da pressão sobre o instrumento de contato manual (75) contra a superficie a ser raspada, para criar vácuo suficiente para acionar a operação de reforço. Um instrumento (75) de contato manual portátil de abrasão por feixe direto de partículas tendo uma ponta profilática que cria um espaço concêntrico dentro do qual a cinética de impacto direto concentrado e coleta radial de partículas abrasivas usadas e material raspado são removidos de forma agrupada. Um acelerador de fluxo dentro de uma inserção anular do instrumento (75) de contato manual e da ponta profilática (101) pode ser variado de modo a servir para muitas aplicações.
