Abstract
"APARELHO PARA CONTROLAR COMPRESSOR LINEAR E MéTODO PARA O MESMO" Trata-se de um aparelho para controlar uma operação de um compressor linear por meio do qual um fenómeno instável causado em decorrência de um desvio de características de partes de um compressor é corrigido de modo a estabilizar a operação do sistema, alcançando-se assim uma operação ótima. Também, quando ocorrer a instabilidade de sintonização devido ao desvio de características e o desvio do conjunto da unidade mecânica do compressor e o desvio das partes no circuito de controle tal como o estimador de curso sem sensor, o desvio do compressor é corrigido pelo uso de um valor de coordenada relativo. E, enquanto o compressor linear está sendo operado com o valor de comando de curso, de acordo com o modo de resfriamento, no caso em que o curso da corrente estiver em um estado instável, o valor de comando de curso é diminuído tanto quanto um valor predeterminado, com o qual o compressor linear é operado por um período predeterminado. Então, quando um decorrer um lapso de tempo predeterminado, ele é operado com o valor de comando de curso original, evitando assim o estado instável. Além disso, a região de instabilidade de sintonização é pesquisada para depender da pressão do lado da descarga e pressão do lado de sucção do compressor o a temperatura do ar externa enquanto o compressor linear está sendo operado, de modo a evitar isso, conseguindo-se deste modo a operação ótima do compressor linear.
